Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (D.M.L.T) (डी. एम. एल. टी) 1 or 2 years 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized University or Board. Preference shall be given to candidates with science stream (PCB/PCM)
Bachelor in Medical Lab Technology (B.Sc M.L.T) (बीएससीएम.एल.टी) 3 years 10+2 with Physics &Chemistry & Biology with 45% Marks or 10+2 any stream with 2 Years Diploma in MLT or 10th with 3yrs Polytechnic Diploma in MLT

What is DMLT?

DMLT or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology is a 1- or 2-year paramedical diploma level program that can be done usually after completion of Class 12th.This program offers both theoretical and practical knowledge about the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of several kinds of diseases and health problems with the help of clinical laboratory tests.

The Medical Lab Technologist form the fundamental unit in diagnosis and study of the various diseases for proper treatment. The DMLT program trains students to work as laboratory technicians involved in learning to detect and diagnose diseases and assist the pathologists in the lab. As a lab technician, they learn the techniques of collecting samples for routine and specialized tests, conduct the tests, know how to analyze the outcomes of the test and report the same.
